Order Processing
Once your order is confirmed, your items will be prepared for shipping. Please ensure your account email is right so that you will receive an order confirmation after placing an order successfully. Order details will be included, such as order number. Please check out your email carefully. If still not, pay attention to your spam and remove our email out of blacklist.
If you change your mind, please email to us within 12 hours, and tell us your request.
Processing Time
Most items take 1-3 business days (Mon - Fri) to be processed, while some may take up to 4-5 business days if we catch the holiday. Some popular styles can be shipped out within 24 hours. For customized orders, it will take 3 - 8 business days.
We work hard to ensure your order is prepared for shipping as quickly as possible, some items may have longer processing time due to out of stock. In such circumstances, you will be notified by email of the delay.
Orders on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on Monday.

Custom Product Processing & Shipping Time
Processing Time:
For all customized products, the production time begins once the order has been confirmed. Please allow 1-5 days for us to meticulously craft and finalize your unique item. We are dedicated to ensuring each product meets our high standards of quality and personalization.
Shipping Time:
Immediately after your custom product is produced, we will dispatch it. The shipping time varies depending on your location and the shipping option selected at checkout. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped, allowing you to monitor its journey to you.

Shipping Cost
Our freight (Standard Shipping and Expedited Shipping) is based on the different destination and package weight. If you need an accurate amount, please visit the checkout page and then choose your destination to get a shipping estimate.

1. Othilay is not responsible for applicable customs fees, import duties, taxes, or any other charges. The customer is responsible for the charges, even if the shipment is refused upon delivery.
2. Please leave sufficient details of your shipping address to ensure smooth delivery, it would be better if your shipping address can accurate to Apt/unit number. Please note that Othilay is not responsible for unsuccessful deliveries caused by wrong/insufficient/incomplete shipping address, wrong post/zip code, and other wrong shipping information.
3. We do not accept P.O. BOX or APO addresses, logistics companies refuse to deliver, and your order is easily lost. If you insist on using the P.O. BOX address, no matter what kind of shipping cost you pay, it will take more than 15 days to receive the goods.
4. "Business days" are Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. Since delivery timeframes vary depending on destination, a more accurate estimate will be provided during checkout. Although we try our best to deliver your items during the estimated timeframe, delivery dates are not guaranteed. The shipping time listed in the table above is just ETA(Estimated Time of Arrival), and most of our shipped parcels can be delivered within this time frame.
The estimated delivery time in remote areas will be longer, and the specific estimated delivery time will vary according to different regions.
After the order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. After the order has been paid, please pay attention to check your e-mail, we will send a confirmation e-mail for the shipment of the goods.
Finally, when you receive the item for the first time, you should check the integrity of the package and pay attention to whether it is damaged. If it is damaged, you need to check whether the item is in good condition and contact us as soon as possible.
